Funeral Prayers Saturday, 12:45 p.m. from Matz Funeral Home to St. Thomas of Villanova Church, Palatine for Funeral Mass, 2:00 p.m. Burial at All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.

Konrad is survived by his wife, Edyta; children, Vanessa, Nicole and Patryk; his mother, Zofia and sister Alena Kanafa. He was preceded in death by his father, Jan.
