Obituary


James Salvadore Pietrie, 55 of Northlake, loving son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend, passed away surrounded by his loved ones on Tuesday, December 27 due to complications from a heart transplant. 
He is the father of Nicholas (Katie), Jayme (Jerry Criscione), Brian, and Georgette; grandfather of Jacob and Olivia Pietrie, Jeremy, Jackson and Jemma Criscione;  “The, older by far” brother of Joseph (Susan) Pietrie, Jr.; son of Sheila Pietrie. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Pietrie, Sr. 
    Jim was born on March 3, 1967, to Joseph, Sr. and Sheila. He attended West Leyden High School. He worked as a delivery assurance specialist at Supplier Management Solutions, Inc. Outside of work, he enjoyed being with his children and grandchildren, relaxing at the campground, and spending times with his friends. 
    Family, friends and others are invited to gather at Northlake Funeral Home on Friday, December 30 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, located at 140 E. North Ave., Northlake, IL, 60164.
